Relevant Dashboard Page: Quantity
Leaders in an operations or facilities role might find it helpful to view the dashboard’s facilities data. This data includes information about the facility locations, NOLA-PS facility tier*, and the total enrollment counts at each facility. This information can be found on the “Facilities card located on the bottom of the Quantity tab:
*The NOLA-PS facility tier is applicable to NOLA-PS facilities only (not privately owned facilities). Each NOLA-PS-owned facility is classified into one of four "Tiers" measuring facility quality. These tiers are determined based on 10-year projected capital repair costs as determined by facilities condition assessments commissioned by NOLA-PS in 2019. The facilities tiers are based on the projected costs as of 2019 and do not take into account repairs, improvements, or changes in costs since that time. Tiers are defined as follows:
- Tier 1: $0-$10 10-Year Projected Capital Project Cost per Square Foot Needed
- Tier 2: $10-$40 Projected Capital Project Cost per Square Ft
- Tier 3: $41-$75 Projected Capital Project Cost per Square Ft
- Tier 4: $75 or More Projected Capital Project Cost per Square Ft.
